How it Works
Every couple is unique, and your wedding day should be too! Starting at $1,750 for 10 hours of day-of service, we offer a comprehensive day-of coordination package that will ensure that your big day goes smoothly from start to finish!
1. Inquire and book your date
Reach out via email or the form below and we will get back to you to schedule a brief phone call to make sure we're a good match. Searching for wedding vendors can be draining, so we try to make it as simple as possible! If you want to proceed, you'll sign a contract, pay a deposit, and you'll officially be a Lovebirds Weddings & Events couple.
2. Details Meeting
Before your wedding, we’ll meet to discuss all the little details that will go into your event. This will include gathering all the information for your other vendors so we can take over the communication and you can focus on the exciting parts!
3. Timeline Creation
You give us the info, we give you an airtight timeline that everyone from your grandma to your caterer can reference day-of!
4. Extras
Coordination begins one month before your event date, but once you’ve booked we are available via email if you have any questions!
5. The Big Day!
Coordination packages begin at 10 hours day-of. During that time, we're available for anything and everything you might need- Of course, we hope your wedding goes smoothly from start to finish, but just in case some wine spills, your guest book goes missing, or an uncle gets a little too loud, we're there to make sure you still enjoy every minute.
We'll also assist with planned setup, breakdown, guest assistance, vendor coordination, and anything else discussed during our planning meetings!
